The significance of the Call Option

An appointment represents the right to buy a security at a specific price on or before a particular time. In the prior definition we have been referring to American or Standard contracts. A European contract would just be executed at the end of the agreement (called expiration). This is done to hedge against the possibility of buying a stock just to have it suddenly fall.

The Simplicity of Binary Trades

Although most trading options tutorial guides don't cover binaries, many traders have begun dealing with binary contracts as a means of generating quick income. Whereas normal option trades usually expire in weeks or months, binaries have very short duration - usually measured in hours or possibly as long as a week. This rapid turnover plus the high fixed yields (approximately 70% more or less a little) makes them very popular amongst day traders around the globe.
